This evening it was just light enough to inspect the garden. Although we made it through the Autumn winds fine, our greenhouse blew down this week. The frame is broken and the cover is torn, so we’re going to try to duct tape it together some weekend.
Our bulbs have begun to come up and it looks like the hyacinths, snowdrops and grape hyacinths we put in last year made it back! It has been dark for a few weeks and I have been grumpy this week, so seeing life re-emerge is wonderful.
Bulbs in February are the best thing about Scottish Winters.

Yay for growing things.
Yes! I’m so glad to see them creeping upward again!
