This is my favourite egg-replacer as I find it the most versatile. It has the most affordable cupboard ingredients and works well for most things I make.
2 Tb flour (the more gluten the better)
1 1/2 ts oil (I use extra light olive)
1/2 ts baking powder
2 Tb water
Mix together and use right away. Loses effectiveness within 2 hours.
