Lady’s Mantle

Working in the garden the other weekend, I tidied up a lot of areas.  Lady’s Mantle spreads easily and most neighbours have some in their front gardens, so I did not dig any of the plants up when I moved them.  Instead, I collected the leaves of the plants growing in the extra places!  I rinsed them off, laid them on baking sheets and used a very low oven temperature (about 30C). Now, we have plenty to make medicinal Lady’s Mantle tea!
