I love roast veggies and have a particular fondness for the crispy edges of brassicas like cabbage and brussel sprouts. It should have been obvious that I would therefore love kale chips, but I admit to having been skeptical of the internet ravings over them. Quite simply, they were yummy. We scarfed the whole bowl.
Still, our kale has grown very slowly (two small plants since the Fall) and I don’t generally see much kale in our supermarket so I will be making cabbage chips the next time around. Either way, it will be a score on the Vitamin C front!
