Last week I pulled together the last of the coordinated produce that we’ll get for a while. I foraged apples and blackberries for dessert and brought in some zucchini, (unripe) tomatoes, boy choi, radish and runner beans for the main course. While a few notes still ring out- in the form of runner beans, bok choi and scraps of radish- that was Summer’s last encore.
Yum! What is the second dish?
Apples and blackberries cooked down with honey and served on spiced wafers (the Philly kind!)
